Room Rates

In addition to our standard accommodation, we are pleased to offer the option of a premium accommodation, within a newly renovated property. As there are limited Rooms available, we encourage you to register your interest early!

For those who require parking, we can offer a parking space at an additional cost of £35.00 per month. Due to the success regular bi-weekly cleans, the Landlord would like to propose this continues. Please note, the monthly Cleaning Fee of £12.00 will still apply'

The holding deposit will be £135 for both standard and premium rooms.

Each tenancy will be subject to a £400.00 deposit (payable on commencement of lease).

The rent's come inclusive of all utility bills and all rooms are fully furnished. Student's will still have the option of a 43 week and 51 week agreement.
